About us

 We are Youth Mix a new start-up young people’s charity that aims to become an award winning charity “Inspiring a Generation” by empowering young people through informal learning to be change-makers in their communities, and to deliver highly effective engaging, fun and impactful programmes that UNITE communities, EDUCATE on social issues and build skills, INSPIRE a generation of leaders.

The role

 We are looking for an inspirational leader with bags of energy, enthusiasm and drive to help run the Brighter Tomorrow - Youth Mentoring programme and ensuring that mentors and mentees are getting the support they need.

You will be working directly with our mentors and partners and will be managing a small team of volunteers who will be supporting you to deliver the programme.

As this role is voluntary, the role offers great flexibility to fit around your time (including daytimes, evenings and/or weekends), where you will mostly manage your own workload. This role approximately 6 hours a week and is mostly home based working until we are ready to expand to an office base to host our charity.
